On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Person / Assignment Issues
When attempting to change the hire date for an employee,
the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-51031: Employee is a supervisor, changing hire will invalidate this.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People form.
2. Change the effective hire date
