Printer Specified On Choose Documents And Label Printers Not Recognized (Doc ID 1989920.1)

We had setup a printer within Order Management Setup>Shipping>Document>Choose Printer for one of the custom report as follows:

Printer Name :
Level : Responsibility
Enabled yes
Default Yes

Profile option at site level for Printer : no Print

We have the Print check box checked on the Concurrent Request setup form for the custom report and expecting that all printouts be send to the printer that's specified as enabled and defaulted on the Choose Documents and Label Printers form but this is not occurring. Why doesn't the report recognize the printer that's defined on the Choose Documents and Label Printers form?
