Punchout Unable To Parse Shopping Cart After Applying Patches (Doc ID 1990150.1)

Symptoms

Certain shopping carts are failing upon return to iProcurement. Get a java crash in PunchoutShoppingCartCXMLParser.class (v 120.1.12010000.4)

This began after applying <patch 20230808>, <patch 20315551>, and <patch 19602627>.

The error is:

Unable to parse the Shopping Cart XML.
XML Parser Type: PUNCHOUT_SHOPPING_CART_CXML
