Error in TAS/BETC Flexfields on the PO When Using Autocreate Function

Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version
When attempting to use the autocreate function to create a PO from a requisition, the TAS/BETC information on the PO distribution in the core form is resulting in an error.
ERROR

APP-FND-00699 THE value "FV.US.GLOBAL" in the context field Context Value is invalid in the descriptive flexfield "JG_PO_DISTRIBUTIONS". Please choose a valid value.
Additional values are restricted by the WHERE clause "WHERE...AND DESCRIPTIVE_FLEX_CONTEXT_CODE LIKE %FV.POXPOEPO.US%..."
This WHERE clause is derived from the CONTEXT_LIKE argument in the flexfield call of this form.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Purchasing Super User
1. Find Requisition
2. AutoCreate
3. Open/ review Purchase Order that was autocreated
Navigate Line > Shipment > Distribution
See US Federal PO Additional Attributes flexfield is blank and error appears.
4. Pur cursor in US Federal PO Additional Attributes flexfield
Window opens with Context: US Federal Attribute and other fields are greyed out.
Click on LOV, see default of Dontext: US Federal PO Additional Attributes (PO Form)
Now can enter additional values.
