Symptoms


When attempting to Open the Advanced global intercompany notification page from intercompany responsibility the following error occurs.

Wrong number of primary key-value pairs supplied for attachment context


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Intercompany super user ->Open notification
