On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management
When attempting to update a Service Request from Repair Order, the following error occurs:
Message not found. Application: CS, Message Name: CSZ_REQD_PARAM_NOT_FOUND
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Create a new Service Request.
3. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Create a new Repair Order.
4. Click in the request number hiperlink --> From Repair Order ( 'CSD: Enable Service Request Drill-down' profile is already set to 'Yes').
5. A new html page is open 'Update Service Request:XXXXXX - XXXX' (/oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/UpdateSRPG 120.19.12010000.9 ). Update anything, for example: the status.
6. Click 'Apply' button.
Following error is generated:
Message not found. Application: CS, Message Name: CSZ_REQD_PARAM_NOT_FOUND.
