ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Catch-up Invoices are using the Contract Start Date as the Conversion Date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the transaction date to be used as is the case on all other invoices.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Contract using a Currency that is not the Functional Currency and
with a Product that has Interest Calculation = Catchup / Cleanup.
2. Bill that Contract for a few periods and check the Conversion Date for the
Catchup Invoices. It is using the Contract Start Date.
