Performance Issue With Initiate Payment Workflow For Chargeback Batches (Doc ID 1990849.1)

Symptoms

Slow performance in Initiate Payment Workflow for Chargeback batches.  

It takes a long time to move to Closed status if it has large number of resale lines.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Indirect Sales Management > sales data upload
  3. Select a chargeback batch and fill in all the necessary information
  4. Upload the batch and verify it goes to the processed status.
  5. After it goes to the processed status, initiate payment 
  6. Initiate payment is taking a very long time to process the batch
