Cannot Log in MFS MP Client When Using SSO After Patching

On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

When attempting to log in MP client after patching the following error occurs.

"Sorry, the password entered in incorrect"

In this particular case the patch that was applied was Patch 20323054 - MFS MULTIPLATFORM RELEASE

However the problem could occur with other MFS patches.  It was not caused by one patch in particular

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply MFS Patches 
2. Re-installed MP client
3. Try to log in MP client
