Cannot Log in MFS MP Client When Using SSO After Patching (Doc ID 1990874.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

When attempting to log in MP client after patching the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Sorry, the password entered in incorrect"

In this particular case the patch that was applied was Patch 20323054 - MFS MULTIPLATFORM RELEASE 12.1.3.14.1.

However the problem could occur with other MFS patches.  It was not caused by one patch in particular


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply MFS Patches 
2. Re-installed MP client
3. Try to log in MP client
