ER Implemented: Allow Push Plain Component (non-serial controlled) Without Supply Subinventory To Be Considered By Component Pick Release (Doc ID 1990974.1)

Symptoms

 WIP Component Pick Release will not consider push type components for serialized jobs and serialized operations without defined subinventories. This type of issue to the job directly does not build correct genealogy to the parent serial.

 But this will prevent the non-serial controlled items to be ignored by the picking too. (plain components)

One of the possible error messages is: 'None Of The Material Requirements For The Selected Components Could Be Allocated ................'

The genealogy will not be built for plain component, so we relax the above condition for plain components so that now the new behavior is, when all of below conditions are met, we do not perform component pick release:

1. Component is not plain component

2. Associated to serialized operation

3. push type but without subinventory defined  

For all other scenario that not fall into above, it will be considered in component pick release.

Functional Resolution:

In <Bug 14050050> push type component without subinventory defined for serialized operation are excluded from component pick release to avoid it issuing to the job. Since we made the fix because of genealogy is not build correct for component pick release of serialized job op, and plain component does not have genealogy issue, so we relax the restriction introduced in <Bug 14050050> for plain component only. So now, push type plain component associated to serialized job op without subinventory will be considered in component pick release and issue directly to the job.
