Symptoms
Importing security certificate using the command below to implement IMAP SSL or SMTP SSL:
keytool -import -alias my_cert -file server.cer -keystore .keystore -storepass workflow
generates this error:
keytool error: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect
