User is not able to add a new sub line to a contract which is in Entered status. There are multiple sub lines on contract and error happens when user tries to create a new record. However, if user goes go to the first sub line and press CTRL+Down button, it is possible to create a new record here.
FRM-41051 You cannot create records here
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the contract on authoring form
2. Navigate to sub line 1.347 and try to enter a new sub line
