Getting a 'FRM-41051 You cannot create records here' Error While Trying to Add a Subline on a Service Contract (Doc ID 1991234.1)

Symptoms

Find you are unable to add a new subline to a Service Contract. There are multiple sublines on contract and error happens when user tries to create a new record. However, if user goes go to the first subline and presses CTRL and down arrow  buttons, it is possible to create a new record here.

FRM-41051 You cannot create records here 

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Open an Active Service contract for update.
3. Navigate to the last subline and try to enter a new subline by clicking the down arrow.
4. Get the indicated error in the status text area.
