ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can not see images in emails sent from Email Center.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To see the images added to an email in the Email Client viewing the emails.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send email from Email Center with an image in the body of the email.
2. Open the message in Outlook/Thunderbird
3. The images is shown as a red x or is corrupted.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, images are not seen by external customers.
