Automatic Reply To Unsolicited Mail shows erros 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated

Symptoms

Workflow Mailer is having authentication issues  with Automatic reply to unsolicited mail or any mails without a NID after  the Anonymous Authentication on the SMTP server was deactivated .
Following error can be seen in the log files   :

This error appear for Automatic reply to unsolicited mail or any mails without a NID .

 

The error can also be:

 

oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPResponseHandler.handleUnsolicited(EmailParser)]:Problem encountered when handling an unsolicited email -> Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.gmail.com, port: 25
