Self Service Timecard in Working Status Cannot be Updated (Doc ID 1992128.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Seeded Timecard Layouts


Self Service Timecard was saved in Working status and when user wants to update later on

the update icon is disabled and you are not able to update Timecard.

Expect to be able to update timecards in status working.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating and Saving Self Service Timecard
2. Going to Recent Timecard and update icon is disabled.
3. You cannot update timecard in working status.
