ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to view two terminated employees through query by people form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Terminated employees should appear in the people form.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select HRMS responsibility and go to people screen.
2. Query for ex employee number.
3. No record is appearing.
