Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

When attempting todo a search for Item Number in 'Trunk Stock Management' from the responsibility 'Field Service Third Party Technician' portal, the following error occurs.

1. go to 3rd party administrator portal
2. go to trunk stock management
3. Search by item number
