Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OPM Batch reservation functionality issue

when we create a batch , we will manually reserve the ingredient quantity ( primary & secondary ) , but whenever we scale the batch with an ingredient quantity different from planned quantity , system is modifying the reservations that we have done manually before scaling the batch

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected reserved quantities to remain unchanged

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Batch  #103256
Ingredient item ING1
Planned qty=24.8pcs
reserved qty=24.8pcs

2. Click on reservations button:
As per the UOM conversation in our system 27 pcs will have 839.7945 Grams as secondary , but here I manually changed the secondary UOM grams to 843 which is within the deviation factor , and the main reason why we entered 843 is I wanted to reserve all the secondary UOM available ON-HAND

3.Go to Tools> Scale batch
Scale By: item qty
Scale using: planned qty
Old qty=24.8 pcs
New qty= 27 pcs

After the scaling has been done , the ingredient reservation has been changed , primary UOM is pcs is 27 but the secondary UOM has been changed to 839.7945 as per the standard UOM conversation , but before scaling we manually reserved 27 pcs and 843 grams

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reserve the expected onhand qty in primary and secondary UOM.
