Java Exception Error JBO-27120 When Adding Material Requirements To Depot Repair WIP Job (Doc ID 1992456.1)

On : 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 version, Repair Execution

When attempting to add customer product to the second WIP job in Execute Repair, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR/SO in x OU
2. Receive Customer’s product into x organization (SJP)
3. Create WIP Job
4. Add labor to represent the initial inspection labor for the product.
5. Complete job issuing the customer’s product to the WIP job
6. Create Internal Move Order to send product to the y OU/Inventory Organization
7. Reserve, Pick, and Ship product
8. Switch responsibilities to the y org
9. Receive the product into the y organization (SBV)
10. Check material workbench to confirm receipt of correct serial number
11. Create a new WIP job in the SBV org
12. Errors:
a. Why is customer’s product is not placed on the WIP job as a requirement
b. When adding the customer’s product to the WIP job receive an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error
