When Request Parts In Execute Repair, if an item with a shorter description, part request is successful and creates a purchase requisition.
For items with a long description (around 219 to 239 characters), part request fails with error message:

"oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: Inserted value too large for column: "POWER SUPPLY; INVERTER,1600VAC NO-LOAD & 570VAC @ 85KOHM LOADED OUTPUT; 12VDC INPUT,PWM LUMINANCE CONTROLER,63KHZ SWITCHING FREQ,9-PIN & 4-PIN CONNECTORS,USE WITH NEC NL10276BC24-13 DISPLAY(12.1 IN LVDS);XGA;120MM X 26MM X 10 MM,SAFETY CON"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Depot Repair responsibility,
2. Depot Workbench;
3. Create SR/SO/Receive RMA/WIP Job;
4. Add rows of material requirements; for test used one with a short part description, and one with a long description.
5. The one with the long description fails with java exception error
