MAIL_STATUS Set To MAIL Although Recipient Has NULL Email Address (Doc ID 1992553.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 (RUP 7), it was observed that there are many 'OPEN' workflow outbound notifications that are stuck in 'MAIL' status, even though the recipient does not have an email address.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that for recipients that has null email address, their asociated open notifications will have a null value in the mail_status column.
