Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.25.45 version. These settings are not version specific, only the JVM settings are changed in solution.

When attempting to use Oracle Configurator, it's observed that the program reacts slowly intermittently. When launching a User Interface, users have reported noticeable slowdowns, and have encountered the following error. This error is intermittent, and cannot be reproduced with any specific set of steps.
