Symptoms

When running the fix script delivered by the GDF Patch documented in Note 1906407.1, the following error occurs:

Error
Encountered an Unhandled Exception, -1427-ORA-01427: single-row subquery
returns more than one row in Generic Data Fix Script
(ap_sync_match_type_fix.sql) while performing Step 3.1: Validating
Application User Name and Responsibility. : Data-Fix Failed.
Undone changes and driver table rows process_flag reset to E

Steps to reproduce
Follow the steps from Note 1906407.1.
The error occurs after running step 4.

Business impact
The business cannot process off the transactions, potentially leading to period close / reporting issues.
