Performance Issues Occurring in the Buyers Work Center When Querying Agreements by Supplier Name (Doc ID 1993541.1)

Symptoms

Performance is slow while query Agreements in Buyer Work Center(BWC) by providing the Supplier name. When searching for an Agreement for a specific supplier it can take more than 1 minute to retrieve only one record.

If the query is made for a supplier having multiple agreements, the system runs for more than 10 minutes without actually retrieving the data and thentimes out-getting Internal Server Error 500.

Steps to reproduce:


1. Login to a Purchasing Responsibility

2. Navigate to: Buyer Work Center > Agreements tab

3. Go to Search

4. Enter the Supplier Name as query criteria and click Gthe "GO" button
