Hrglobal.drv is Failing on Pecausertable.ldt with Error ORA-06502 After 12.2.4 Upgrade (Doc ID 1993595.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, in an upgraded instance from 12.0.6

When attempting to run HRGLOBAL for Global HR, US HR, and CA HR, the following error occurs.

Dumping LDT file /opt01/app/oracle/POCR/fs1/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_ca/pecausertable.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_USER_TABLES COMPANY WORK SCHEDULES CA , PAY_USER_COLUMNS WAGE RATES CA ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade instance from 12.0.6 to 12.2.4
2. Run Data Install and apply Hrglobal
3. Observe the error
