After application of <patch 19048616>- 'IEX R12.1: IEX RPC, AUGUST 2014', when attempting to open Collector's Work Queue,
the following error occurs:
First the Note:
IN ON_ERROR trigger
Then the error:
FRM-41843: Invalid time zone region ? for ADJUST_TZ
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Collections Agent, click on the Collector's Work Queue
2. The above mentioned errors show up.
Note: The error can come up after application of any other patch too and not limited to the one mentioned above.
