Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Logistics Management
When attempting to submit or book an order from Depot Repair (logistics or actuals) or Service Request Charges, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The error occurs for one or more transaction types (a.k.a. service activity codes), but not for all.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Depot Repair , create a Repair Order
2. Enter a Return logistics line (eith the transaction type that will throw the error) and try to save
