Cannot Save New Record On Services Tab Within ITM Partner (Doc ID 1993973.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save a record in the "Services" Tab on ITM Partners window, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("WSH"."WSH_ITM_VENDOR_SERVICES"."COMMUNICATION_MODE")

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ITM Adapter->Setup->ITM Partners
2. Enter details on the Services tab
3. Save the change and the error appears
