EBS R12 - Templates People Group Valueset Values Display End-dated Values (Doc ID 1994008.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Forms Configurator Templates we are using a People group flexfield that has independent valueset values attached to some of the segments.
We have end-dated some of the values but these values still appear in the list even though they are end-dated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected the End dated values would not be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Employee Using Template

2. Added Value "XX Value" to the Demo_HR_Team value set. 01-jan-2010 through 30-jun-2015

3. People Enter and Maintain
EE1 - Date Track to 19-FEB-2015 - Assignment - Group field - XX Value is displayed.
Date Track 01-JUL-2015 - XX Value is not displayed - as expected.

4. Maintain Emps Using Templates
19-FEB-2015 - XX Value is displayed.
01-jan-2017 - XX Value is displayed - Issue replicated.
