On : 12.2.4 version, Setup Issues

When attempting to open Territory Administration page the following error occurs.

ERROR

FRM-40010: Cannot read form <DIR>/forms/US/JTFTRUIN.fmx

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Field Service Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Field Service Dispatcher-> Service Request-> Territory Management -> Territory Administration
