Portugal Localization CLE PT SAFT - Country Prefix Should not be Included in TAG 'CUSTOMERTAXID' (Doc ID 1994403.1)

Symptoms

There is an issue with SAFT file, generated with CLE:Generate SAFT-PT Audit File XML Data program.

The problem is on output file with tag “CustomerTaxID” which has letters before the numbers.
Ex: it is mentioned PT#####, and should be #####.
