Interface Trip Stop Errors With No Delivery Detail Found INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: SQL Error ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 1994535.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When attempting to run the interface trip stop, it shows that it completes successfully.
However, the log file shows an error and the delivery details are fully interfaced to OM, but show as Pending interface to Inventory.


WSHINTERFACES module: Interface Trip Stop - SRS
Interface trip stop is completed successfully
However, the log shows the following:

No Delivery Detail Found
No Delivery Detail Found ==> is NULL
Exiting WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.INTERFACE_DETAIL_TO_INV (03/18/2015 03:41:29 PM, 0 seconds)

  1. Go to Order Management Responsibility>Shipping>Interfaces >Run
  2. Run Interface Trip Stop -SRS for Problematic Delivery
  3. On completion of concurrent program, Go to View>Requests> query the Interface Trip Stop Program submitted
  4. Click on View log and notice the error mentioned above in the log file
