Interface Trip Stop Errors With No Delivery Detail Found INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: SQL Error ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 1994535.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When attempting to run the interface trip stop, it shows that it completes successfully.
However, the log file shows an error.
The delivery details are interfaced to OM but show as Pending interface to Inventory.

WSHINTERFACES module: Interface Trip Stop - SRS
Interface trip stop is completed successfully

However, the log shows the following:

Calling program unit WSH_DSNO.SUBMIT_TRIP_STOP
Entering WSH_DSNO.SUBMIT_TRIP_STOP (WSHDSNOB.pls 120.3.12010000.2) (03/18/2015 03:41:29 PM)
P_TRIP_STOP_ID ==> <trip_stop_id>

No Delivery Detail Found
No Delivery Detail Found ==> is NULL

The HTMomse.sql output will show the following symptoms:
MTL_RESERVATIONS will show the record
WSH_TRIP_STOPS will show the PEND_INTERF = Y for the Stop
WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS will show the INI flag = P
MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE will show the stuck records but the ERROR CODE and ERROR EXPLANATION will be Null
MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS will not show the sales order issue record
