Interface Trip Stop Errors With No Delivery Detail Found INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: SQL Error ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 1994535.1)

Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop (ITS) completes successfully, however, the delivery detail/s are still showing in a status of shipped with next step as 'Run Interfaces. 
The inventory interface flag in the wsh_delivery_details table shows as 'P' or Pending.  Reviewing the log file shows the following errors:

No Delivery Detail Found
No Delivery Detail Found ==> is NULL

Steps

1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Shipping > Interfaces > Run
3. Run Interface Trip Stop -SRS for Problematic Delivery
4. On completion of concurrent program, Go to View>Requests
5. Query the Interface Trip Stop Program submitted
6. Click on View log and notice the error mentioned above in the log file
