Multiple Same Service Level Lines are Getting Created for a Contract Originating from a Sales Order (Doc ID 1994649.1)

Symptoms

Find that the application is creating multiple Service Lines for each Product Line on contracts created from Sales Orders. The expectation is the application consolidates the multiple Product Lines under one Service Line.

Steps
1. Create a Sales Order with multiple Service lines.
2. Book the Order.
3. Ship the products.
4. Run the Service Contracts Order Processing Program.
5. Query the Service Contract, it shows multiple Service Lines for the same Service with one subline each.

Changes

This issue should only appear in 12.2.4 instances as it was fixed in 12.2.5 and above.
