Multiple Same Service Level Lines are Getting Created for a Contract from an Order

On : 12.2.4 version, Warranty/Ext.Warranty Integration

Find that after upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.4, there is a change in the way service lines interfaced from Order Management are created. Instead of creating one Service level and multiple Product lines for same service type, it is creating multiple service lines for each product line.

Expect one service line with multiple sublines to get created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order with multiple lines
2. Book the order and close it
3. Ship the product and make sure the service contract is created
4. Query the service contract, it shows multiple service lines for the same service with one subline each.
