On : 12.1.3 version, Costing Transaction Errors

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cost type comparison report (CSTRCTCRG) cost type 1 and cost type 2 fields are grayed out

Since the cost types are grayed out, we cannot select the two cost types to compare so the report is useless.

We have gone to System administrator->System Administration->Concurrent->Programs-> (queried shortname CSTRCTCRG), selected "Cost Type Comparison Report", "Update", "Request" tab, select "Single" under operating unit mode, save/apply, but the segments are still grayed out.
