On : 12.1.3
When a task is Closed or Cancelled from Mobile Field Service the Service Request is not automatically closed.
The expectation is that when the profile option 'Service: Auto Closure of Service Request ' is set to 'Yes', the service request will
automatically close when the task is closed. It is working correctly when the task is closed from the Service Request form, but not when the task
is closed from Mobile Field Service.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile option 'Service: Auto Closure of Service Request ' yes at the site level.
2. Cancel or close a task on the mobile client
3. Sync the mobile client
4. Task is showing as cancelled on the E-business Suite server
5. The Service request remains open on the server.
