ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Shipment Accounting of IR/ISO Cycle is not considering the Education Cess and SHE Cess if the amounts are less than Rs 1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------------------
1. Creation a Internal requisition and run order import
2. Pick release and ship confirm the Sales order
3. Run Excise invoice generation and post the entries to GL and check the accounting

Following is the expected accounting:-
1.
Excise Paid/Payable Debit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess)
PLA or RG23 A/C Credit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess) -- Please note this accounting is happening perfectily

2.
Inter Org Receivable Debit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess)
Excise Paid/Payable Credit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess) -- Here only Basic Excise Accounting is happening.Education Cess/SHE Cess is not considered

Intransit Inventory Debit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess)
Inter Org Payable Credit (With the amount of Excise+Education cess+SHE Cess) -- Here only Basic Excise Accounting is happening.Education Cess/SHE Cess is not considered
