Create Hold Source Form not Working for Customer Number (Doc ID 1995527.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the Hold Criterion Customer is selected, all customers are returned. The list is not limited to only customers that have addresses in the Operating Unit (OU) selected in the form.

If the Hold Criterion Customer Number is selected, all customers are returned. The list is very limited to only some customers. The list of available customers does not change if the OU is changed.

Example:
Customer Number 577XXX may be selected but no other customer starting with 577 shows up, even some that do have addresses in the selected OU.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Do not want to see all customers when selecting a customer account to put on hold.
