New Tasks Not Appearing On Mobile Device After Syncing (Doc ID 1995584.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

Newly assigned tasks are not getting downloaded to the Mobile Field Service client after syncing.
Users may see the tasks randomly appear after several syncs over a period of time.

The expectation is that the tasks will appear on the mobile device after the first sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign a task to a resource.
2. Sync Mobile Field Service client
3. Task is not available..
4. Wait several minutes and sync again. task will appear
