ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When linking Approval Style of type "Auto Approve" to Timekeeper and Manager Service Service responsibilities via Session and Persistent Responsibility eligibility. Timecards entered using those responsibilities are still not being Auto Approve.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to get the Timecards Auto Approved when entered using Timekeeper or Manager Self Service
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Link "Auto Approve" Approval Style via Session or Persistent responsibility to Manager SS or Timekeeper.
2. Create Timecards using Manager SS or Timekeeper
3. Watch the workflow
