Modifier is not applied in iStore but works well in Order Management.
There is modifier defined in Oracle Pricing Manager.
This modifier is designed to add a lumpsum charge (e.g $130) to the order total.
The modifier is qualified by a custom qualifier attribute and have setup an attribute mapping to map this to Request Type = ASO.
The custom Qualifier Attribute is get the Item Category with the Item's Inventory_Item_Id
This modifier works as expected when an Order is entered via the Order Organizer in Order Management.
For orders entered via iStore that contain lines that qualify on the custom attribute, the modifier does not add the expected lumpsum $130 to the order total.
After a order is booked from iStore, this order needs to be re-priced in Order Management in order to see the modifier applied to the Order total.
Expected surcharge should be applied to the Order created from iStore
