Stale Data Error When Trying to Update Party Tax Profile - Account Tax Details for Related Site Contacts

Symptoms
You are querying account sites, for a customer, with the option "Show Related Contact Sites" selected.
When you open the Tax profile, for a site belonging to a contact, and attempt to update the region "Customer Account Site Business Purpose Tax details" you receive the following error:
Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser back button, for example).
Cause:
The view object MaintainPartyTaxProfilesAM.MaintainPartyTaxProfilesVO contained no record. The displayed records may have been deleted, or the current record for the view object may not have been properly initialized.
