Symptoms

Receipts are on Oracle Purchase Orders that are received in OPM.

Receipt stuck in interface error message is as follows: Error in Shipment Line Information (in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE) Column Name: REVISION_NUM Error Message: Revision on specified PO (PO REVISION = TBD) does not match shipment (SHIPMENT REVISION = 1)
