When attempting to select a book from the books LOV (List of Values) in the books form, the following error occurs:

APP-OFA-48024 You have not defined default values for this category and book

When clicking on the default rules button in the asset categories form, the following error occurs:

APP-OFA-48289 : Unknown Error. please contact your system administrator
