On : 12.2.4 version, Migration Issues 11i to R12

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In our migration, we set up warehouse XXX to migrate to the new inventory organization YYY.

Following migration, we see that our open orders still point to the original org for warehouse and not the new organization.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Following migration we should see that our open orders point to new organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migration 11i to R12.2.4
