OPM 11i To R12 Migration, Open Order Lines Are Not Updated With New Organization (Doc ID 1996157.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Migration Issues 11i to R12

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In our migration, we set up warehouse BIO5 to migrate to the new inventory organization CMB.

Following migration, we see that our open orders still point to BI5 (the original org for warehouse BIO5) and not the new organization CMB.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Following migration we should see that our open orders point to new organization CMB.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migration 11i to R12.2.4
