Depot Technician Portal: Resource Transaction Shows As Transacted, But Then Disappears When The Page Is Not Saved (Doc ID 1996678.1)

Symptoms

Transacted labor disappears if it is not saved before transacting, but the message may indicate that it has been sent for processing.
The transaction is not visible on any WIP form, therefore it cannot be processed and is not pending.

Expected Behavior:

Users should be able to perform the operation without saving.

Steps:

(R) Depot Repair
(N) Repair Orders
 - Create Service Request
 - Create Repair (Service) Order
 - Create Logistics Lines
 - Receive in Customer's Product
 - Create WIP Job
 - Enter a resource transaction manually
 - Select check box and click Transact.

=> Message says that it was put into the interface for processing, however, it has disappeared from the Resources region.
      It is not in the Pending Resource Transactions, or Showing as transacted against the job.
