Using Purchasing, querying the purchase order - in the PO Summary - then opening the purchase order and navigating the to the purchase order distribution - raises an error as the distribution form is opened.
Alternatively, the same error can occur in a Requisition form as well.

APP-PO-14142: get_resource_defaults-10: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in get_resource_defaults. The SQL error is ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than
requested number of rows.

Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Purchase Order Summary - query the purchase order
3. Choose the Open button
4. Choose the Lines button - shipment button - and then distribution button
5. Error appears
