Message: CSP_TRANSACT_ERRORS - The transaction failed because there was an error. &ERROR_CODE. &ERROR_EXPLANATION.
Message: INV_INT_SUBEXP: Subinventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization
Symptoms
On Repair Order form, for a given Repair Task, a user selected and saved the Assignee as 'Oracle, User' for which there is no Subinventory defined in the 'Resource Addresses and Subinventory' form.
For Debrief, Material lines are selected to be processed but one of the lines ends with an error.
It is not possible to update the Assignee, as the Service Request, Task and Repair Order are all closed.
Error:
The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid subinventory.
Subinventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization.
Steps:
- Create Service Request (Currently with status = Closed)
- Create Repair Order (Currently with Repair Status = Closed)
- Create a Repair Task #123 (Currently with status = Closed)
- In Debrief form, add 4 lines
- Process the lines.
=> One of them, ends with error.
Debrief form for Task # 123 would show the following:
. Resource Name = 'Oracle, User'
. Owner Name = Unassigned
. Task Status = Closed
. Task Assignment = Completed
. Debrief Assignment Status = Completed
. Debrief Status = Completed with errors
RO Form > Repair Tasks Tab:
. Assignee Type = Employee Resource
. Assignee = Oracle, User
Resources Addresses and Subinventories:
- No record for Resource = "Oracle, User".
