UPK: Unexpected OR System Configuration Error is Displayed When Logging into Knowledge Center (Doc ID 1997004.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into Knowledge Center the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unexpected or System Configuration

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log onto http://servername/KCenter

2. Error message occurs

3. Check Windows Event Log

4. KCenter: Error in auto roll up process. Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: byteArray
  at System.BitConverter.ToString(Byte[] value, Int32 startIndex, Int32 length)
  at OracleInternal.TTC.TTCLob.GetLobIdString(Byte[] lobLocator)
  at OracleInternal.ServiceObjects.OracleDataReaderImpl.CollectTempLOBsToBeFreed(Int32 rowNumber)
 ......
