Provide steps to prevent the following error when running frmcmp for custom forms:

FRM-18108: Failed to Load the following objects.
Source Module:APPSTAND
Source Object: STANDARD_TOOLBAR
Source Moduel:APPSTAND
Source Objecty: STANDARD_PC_AND_VA


We are making modification to the FNDATTCH.FMB form. The command we are running is as follows:
frmcmp userid=<apps_user>/<apps_password>@<SID> module-$CUSTOM_TOP/forms/US/FNDATTCH.fmb module_type=FORM compile_all=YES.
