Symptoms

When running PRC: Create Accounting, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Number: 95311
Error Message: The segment value for the account code combination xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx specified in line 1 is not assigned to the ledger ENTERPRISE. Please update the segment value assignment for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another segment value

The segment value is already assigned to the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page.  The Value is not disabled in the value set.
